Were looking for a Document Control Analyst to join our growing team and help drive innovation in laboratory automation. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge solutions that support the medical industry and improve lives around the world.
As part of our dynamic and collaborative environment youll play a key role in designing and developing products that truly make a difference.
What youll do:
Interact with all functional departments to coordinate the Engineering Change (EC) Process using Agile Product Collaborator for automated ECO work-flow management which includes but is not limited to the following activities:
Reviewing the documents for completeness and accuracy.
Assigning required signatures through the approval and verification phases.
Writing ECOs as needed.
Process all types of related documents through the EC process to include: Drawings SoftwareSchematics Manufacturing documents
Other internal ECO-controlled documents
Use various types of document viewers and print out the documents (i.e. Drawing Librarian AutoCad Viewer Autovue).
Assist in filling documentation requests as required to expedite engineering and manufacturing projects.
What youll bring:
3-5 years in documentation control field (or related experience)
High School graduate or equivalent
Knowledge of PCs and working knowledge of Windows-based software; i.e. MS Office and Outlook Drawing Librarian AutoCad AutoCad Viewer and Autovue Agile PC Adobe Acrobat
Experience with MRP systems Oracle preferred
Data entry experience
Detail-oriented team player good communicator comfortable speaking in a group
Ability to work in a customer-service organization
Some mechanical and/or electrical drafting experience preferred
Working knowledge of Drafting and Industry Standards (ANSI Y14.5M IEEE AWS) preferred
