Job Summary

Empower Veterinary Practices with Innovative Software

At IDEXX were transforming veterinary care through cutting-edge technology. As a Veterinary Software Sales & Account Manager youll lead the charge in driving adoption of our veterinary software solutions helping clinics deliver exceptional care and streamline operations.

What Youll Do

  • Drive sales of IDEXX veterinary software within Australia & New Zealandfrom opportunity identification to contract completion.

  • Convert new customers and expand product adoption among existing IDEXX clients.

  • Develop and execute territory and account development plans.

  • Manage your pipeline and consistently achieve quarterly and annual quotas.

  • Deliver engaging SaaS product demonstrations via webinars and virtual sessions.

  • Collaborate with the CAG Commercial team to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.

  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and marketing strategies.

  • Represent and promote the IDEXX brand globally with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What Youll Bring

  • 3 years in software sales or related field.

  • Experience working within a Veterinary clinic with a strong understanding of workflow.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and consultative selling.

  • Customer-focused mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships

  • Results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.

  • Collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives.

  • Adaptable and resourceful in dynamic environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving ability.

  • Action-oriented and autonomous in managing priorities.
