Fello at The Mall Manager

The Fello at the Mall Manager will manage the operations and logistics of Fello at the Mall. The Fello at the Mall Manager will partner with Children Youth & Their Families to facilitate resources for people with disabilities and their families through the community resource hub model. The Fello at the Mall Manager with the Information & Referral Specialists will provide in-person resource coordination services for people with disabilities and their families. The Fello at the Mall Manager will ensure superior customer service and that the Fello brand is consistent through all Fello at the Mall operations. The Fello at the Mall Manager is a member of the Leadership Council.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a community-focused center or program coordinate space logistics and events and maintain operational consistency and brand standards. They will have experience facilitating resource coordination training staff managing guest services and working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong customer service orientation creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt under pressure are essential. Competency in MS Word Excel Outlook and other database systems is required.

This position requires a high school diploma and a minimum of three years experience managing a community-focused center or program. Competency in MS Word Excel Outlook and other databases is also required.
