About the Role As a Palliative Care Consultant you will:
- Provide specialist clinical leadership across inpatient community and consultative palliative care services.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to quality safety and holistic patient support.
- Offer education supervision and mentorship to junior doctors and medical staff.
- Support service development innovation and continuous improvement aligned with SMHS strategic goals.
- Contribute to performance accreditation and clinical governance standards across the service.
