In this role you will be working as a Project Manager for a client that works in the modular building/school construction industry.

Manage construction projects and generate accurate and timely construction documentation
Work with architect submitting/obtaining DSA approvals
Generate estimates and change order requests
Ability to generate and review submittals Requests for Information (RFIs) closeouts project scheduling
Purchasing ensure material orders meet production schedules

Requirement

Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience 2-5 Years of experience in construction industry

Modular Building Construction; School Construction a plus

Familiarity with CAD Revit MS Office MS Project or Bluebeam

The role is direct hire with full benefits

Onsite Temecula

Pay range $75000 - $95000
