THE ROLE
- Coordinate daily activities for planned and unplanned maintenance.
- Supervise tradespersons and mobile maintenance activities.
- Provide feedback to Maintenance Supervisors regarding job details timeframes and work methods.
- Take appropriate action to eliminate workplace hazards.
- Mentor team members to create a safe and efficient work environment.
- Experience working on CAT AD63 SANDVIK TH663i trucks Volvo L120F ITs Normet MF605DA Charge up Normet Charge Up MF 605 D(V) Sandvik DD421-60c DD422i Jumbos Epiroc E7C long hole drills Sandvik DS421-C Cable Bolter R2900XE Loaders with digital RCT guidance.
WHAT DO I NEED
- Current C Class Manual Western Australian drivers licence.
- Valid and relevant trade qualifications certificates and licences.
- Previous experience in a Leading Hand role with 5 years working on Heavy Underground Machinery & Drills.
- Competent in diagnostics troubleshooting & repairing diesel electric pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience maintaining air conditioning (desirable).
- Experience with a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Pronto (desirable).
- Experience with CAT Et Sis Systems (desirable).
- Proficient Microsoft office skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a can-do team-oriented attitude
- Strong desire to maintain and promote a proactive safe working environment
