Responsibilities
Assist with project planning and tracking.
Monitor project budgets and identify risks.
Track invoices and prepare aging reports.
Support budget reviews and planning.
Create training materials and onboarding guides.
Prepare internal communication content for Payroll initiatives.
Work with cross-functional teams to support project tasks and documentation.
Maintain organized and accurate project records.
Required Skills
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (tracking reporting analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on-site and collaborate with team members.
