Customer Service & Operations Manager Spare Parts / Automotive Sector
Querétaro Qro. Hybrid modality (minimum 3 on-site days per week)

About the Company:
Mexican company dedicated to the manufacturing of industrial machinery with a spare parts warehouse and distribution center in Querétaro providing service to clients nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead customer service operations for the spare parts warehouse.
Ensure excellent service experience for large automotive clients.
Coordinate administrative and logistics processes between warehouse sales and after-sales.
Ensure compliance with internal policies.
Monitor KPIs and performance indicators.
Manage and develop the team.
Profile Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience in customer service logistics and warehouse operations in the automotive sector.
Proven leadership experience.
Proficient in SAP (Materials and Sales modules).
Advanced English.
Willingness to travel occasionally.
