What Youll Do
- Lead and oversee daily cafeteria operations ensuring efficiency quality and consistency.
- Manage and develop the cafeteria team including scheduling training and performance oversight.
- Plan menus and ensure food quality safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Own operational controls such as inventory waste portioning and cost management.
- Act as the main escalation point for operational issues and service improvements.
- Create a positive respectful and productive work environment.
- Coach and develop the Café Assistant Manager to ensure strong backup coverage.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience leading food service cafeteria or hospitality operations.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and local health regulations.
- High level of ownership accountability and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage escalations calmly and effectively.
