Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Executive to manage key client accounts in the ground transportation and logistics sector. This role involves building long-term relationships coordinating service delivery and identifying new growth opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned client accounts and foster long-term business relationships.
Ensure timely and efficient delivery of contracted logistics services.
Oversee multiple client projects aligning client objectives with company goals.
Identify supply chain improvement opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate shipments and logistics services with carriers.
Monitor service KPIs and provide reporting and metrics to clients.
Support the sales team in reaching and onboarding new clients.
Candidate Profile
Bachelors degree in Logistics Engineering Business Administration or related field.
Intermediate to advanced English (required).
Minimum of 1 year of logistics experience or 3 years in the transportation/logistics industry.
Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.
Commercial mindset with persistence and a goal-oriented attitude.
