Our client is seeking a Technical SEO Manager to enhance the technical performance of a diverse portfolio of operator brands and PBN sites. The role focuses on bridging SEO strategy with development resolving technical challenges improving automation through AI tools and strengthening the overall technical SEO framework across all markets. Responsibilities:

As a Technical SEO Team lead your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Oversee the full technical SEO process connecting strategic goals with effective technical implementation. This includes site performance optimisation and automation of SEO tasks across multiple brands and PBN websites in established and emerging markets.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues relating to speed crawlability indexability and structured data contributing to stronger rankings and higher levels of organic traffic including growth in registration and deposit related metrics.
Carry out detailed technical audits competitor reviews and market analysis to uncover opportunities for improvement. Present clear actionable insights to SEO content and development teams and help prioritise high value initiatives.
Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO friendly technical solutions including adjustments to HTML CSS JavaScript and server side configurations while ensuring alignment with search engine standards.
Create and deploy AI driven tools and automated workflows to streamline technical SEO activities such as keyword research content optimisation and performance monitoring.
Support the content team with technical guidance on publication pruning and removal based on data and performance trends.
Take a proactive approach in identifying new opportunities for technical improvement and design test activities aimed at boosting performance and rankings.
Use analytics conversion data and performance patterns to assess the effectiveness of technical SEO strategies and recommend data driven refinements.
Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.
Manage offsite technical SEO efforts including link related activities while ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
Keep up to date with algorithm updates and new SEO technologies and introduce relevant innovations into the workflow.

Requirements:

Strong command of English with additional languages considered an asset.
At least three years of experience in a competitive SEO environment with a clear focus on technical SEO.
In depth understanding of technical SEO including site architecture crawl optimisation schema markup and rendering.
Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript and awareness of how development choices affect SEO performance.
Experience using AI and automation within SEO for example through scripting or process optimisation.
Familiarity with conversion metrics and how they relate to technical performance.
Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Naturally curious with a strong interest in SEO and web technologies.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with developers content creators and SEO specialists.
Proficiency in tools such as Semrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
Collaborative mindset with a supportive and respectful approach.
