Are you a strategic HR professional with a passion for driving performance through exceptional employee experiences As a Senior People Partner youll play a leading role in shaping and delivering our Company-wide People Plan while partnering with managers across the business to enable high performance. Youll act as a trusted advisor coach and change leader balancing strategic thinking with hands-on support. - Strong experience in a People Partnering role
- Exceptional knowledge of Indian employment legislation and practices
- Experience working with UK-based organisations and HRIS platforms
- Proven track record in implementing change programmes
- Commercially focused and pragmatic with excellent stakeholder management skills

- Data-driven and curious with a continuous improvement mindset
- Professional discreet and resilient under pressure
- Willingness to travel between UK and India locations as needed
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with commercial objectives
- Drive employee satisfaction and performance through targeted initiatives
- Build leadership capability and support team development
- Act as the primary People contact for designated business areas
- Provide legally sound pragmatic advice and manage risk effectively
- Mentor and support other People Partners acting as an escalation point
- Collaborate with People Services and Talent teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact
- Champion elements of the People Plan such as leadership development
- Lead improvement initiatives and manage delivery plans and communications
