Job Summary
An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining monitoring and supporting RPA infrastructure and production bots ensuring platform stability performing upgrades troubleshooting issues and collaborating with development and support teams to optimize automation efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Installation Configuration and Maintenance: Maintenance of RPA infrastructure components such as servers databases and virtual machines. Implement backup to protect sensitive data processed by RPA bots and provide support for production bots. Develop and maintain documentation related to troubleshooting of Automation Anywhere infrastructure configurations and processes.
Collaboration: Collaborate with RPA developers to deploy hotfix on automation processes across various environments (development testing production) and with L1 support team for 24*7 motoring of the platform.
Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance and health of Automation Anywhere infrastructure troubleshoot issues and optimize system resources.
Development and Support: Develop and maintain automation scripts for deployment and configuration management.
Upgrades: Responsible to perform Automation Anywhere upgrades on all environments (development testing production) and patching activities outside working hours.
Work Schedule & Availability : Work Schedule & Availability: Willingness to work outside business hours or on weekends to support RPA platform upgrades patching and maintenance activities.
Overall RPA Management and Improvement: Overall RPA activities streamline data-related processes by automating repetitive tasks reducing manual errors and improving efficiency in managing databases within organizations.
Skills Required
Proficiency in RPA tools (Automation Anywhere) including installation monitoring upgrades.
Skilled in managing servers databases VMs and cloud environments.
Experienced with scripting (PowerShell Python Shell) for automation.
Familiarity with SQL REST APIs and JSON/XML.
Strong troubleshooting problem-solving and communication skills.
Knowledge of backup recovery and security with system monitoring tools and production support
