About the role:
Were looking for a Country Manager- Estonia who knows the market inside out from market specifics and consumer behavior to affiliates SEO media and product trends. Youll own the growth strategy for Estonia across current and future brands and work with global teams to tailor campaigns partnerships and products to local needs. Youll be the face of the brand in Estonia and the key driver of market revenue.

- Creating detailed reports on activities and presenting conclusions to the CMO
What we expect from you:
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience of the Estonian iGaming market
- Native Estonian speaker or deep understanding of Estonian legal documentation and industry-specific jargon
- Sportsbook experience is an advantage
- Previous experience as a Country Manager or Head of Marketing (SEO / Affiliation / Acquisition)
- Highly organized and analytical mindset
- Ability to think creatively and propose innovative concepts
- Strong knowledge and deep understanding of competitors in the Estonian market
