Role Overview
The Marketing and Content Strategist will shape the brand narrative build integrated marketing systems and create content that educates engages and converts. This role blends strategy content development lifecycle marketing and campaign execution. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to design multi-channel strategies across the full marketing funnel.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning
- Lead the development of integrated content and marketing strategies.
- Partner with the Marketing Director to build annual quarterly and monthly marketing plans informed by data and performance.
- Conduct competitor research and gather insights to refine messaging and campaigns.
- Build messaging frameworks aligned with company values and target audiences.
Content Architecture
- Develop long-form and short-form content ideas including blogs guides social content webinars emails and landing pages.
- Build and maintain the campaign calendar.
- Oversee nurture sequences and integrated communication systems.
- Convert complex financial topics into scalable evergreen content.
Campaign Ownership
- Architect full-funnel campaigns focused on lead generation re-engagement nurturing and conversion.
- Manage distribution segmentation and automation within HubSpot or similar tools.
- Monitor campaign performance and refine for improved results.
Hard Skills Required
- 5 or more years in marketing content strategy or digital marketing; financial services preferred.
- Strong understanding of funnels lifecycle marketing and campaign planning.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex topics clearly and creatively.
- Proven track record of producing content that drives measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with Alex Hormozi marketing principles.
