Sodarizer is building an internal mini ad agency to power its growth and we are looking for a Content Manager to run the day-to-day content engine. This role acts as the central coordinator and final quality gate for all content making sure everything is on-brand on time and ready to publish across multiple platforms.

What youll do

• Coordinate multiple content projects at the same time across social digital and other channels.
• Manage and brief freelance editors designers and videographers ensuring they deliver what is needed when it is needed.
• Own the production schedule and content calendar so campaigns run smoothly and deadlines are met.
• Review and approve content for quality consistency and alignment with Sodarizers brand standards before it goes live.
• Ensure high-volume content is produced and delivered on time in a format that is ready for publishing.

This is a hands-on operational content role for someone who enjoys being in the trenches and keeping many moving pieces under control.

What were looking for

• Experience coordinating end-to-end content production (from brief to publish) in an agency creative team or in-house marketing team with high output.
• Proven experience managing or closely collaborating with freelancers such as designers editors and videographers.
• Strong coordination and project management skills with high standards for quality and consistency.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced high-volume environment with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Confident giving direct constructive feedback when something is not yet ready to go live.
• Bonus points if you have hands-on skills in video editing or graphic design or experience with short-form content for ads and social media.

• Arrangement: Fully onsite.
• Location: Pasig City.
• Level: Specialist reporting to the Sales & Marketing Lead / Founder.
• Salary range: per month depending on experience and fit.
