This role is responsible for providing condition monitoring services to Allied Reliabilitys clients asdirected by management. Analysts assist in coordinating activities and preparing thenecessary technical reports. They are also expected to be a technical resource to thecustomer and employees in the troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical are normally assigned an area of plant/site for collection analysis and reporting oftechnical data.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High school graduate or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- In lieu of education requirement graduation from Apprentice Development Program
- 2 or more years of direct condition monitoring experience
- Advanced Motor Circuit Analysis (MCA) training
- Category 2 Certification in Infrared Thermography
- Working knowledge of other predictive technologies.
- 2-5 years of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment preferably in
- an electrical trade.
- Working knowledge of routine and advanced data acquisition techniques
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Proficient computer skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to mentor others and understanding the tools and processes available
- to coach/mentor
- Able to work well independently
