Youre someone who thrives in an office environment and is happy to come in daily to collaborate closely with the team and enjoy a balance of admin coordination and relationship-building Great this is the role for you!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide day-to-day HR admin support including maintaining accurate employee records
• Prepare People documents such as contracts and offer letters
• Act as the primary point of contact for UK People queries
• Support employee relations processes including note-taking and coordination
• Assist with training development and wellbeing initiatives
• Contribute to People projects process documentation and continuous improvement workstreams
• Ensure all activity aligns with UK employment law and HYROX People best practices

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in a People/HR support role with practical hands-on experience
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and People operations fundamentals
• Highly organised with excellent administrative accuracy and attention to detail
• Confident communicator who builds strong working relationships across teams
• CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
• Passion for people sport and delivering exceptional team experiences
