We are on the lookout for a part-time Junior Content & Social Media Manager who is excited about transforming complex topics into clear and engaging stories.
You will report to our Marketing & Growth Lead to elevate Atmens visibility on LinkedIn in our newsletter and on our website. Around 40% of your time will be dedicated to knowledge management for regulatory and market topics. You will work closely with our regulatory sales team to structure and maintain the knowledge we need for content sales and partnerships.

Tasks
1. Content & Copywriting
- Draft and edit LinkedIn posts newsletters and website content.
- Research on company-relevant topics e.g. energy policy updates
- Support writing for press releases case studies and product updates.
- Help maintain tone accuracy and consistency across all communication materials.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to prepare assets and visuals
- Assist with basic SEO/AEO to optimize blog and website visibility.
2. Social Media & Community
- Help plan schedule and publish content on Atmens LinkedIn page.
- Track engagement and performance helping refine content strategy.
- Research and summarize industry trends events and competitor activity for content inspiration.
- Support PR outreach by keeping press lists and coverage trackers up to date.
- Come up with new formats and ideas to keep our LinkedIn strategy engaging
3. Knowledge Management
- Support the creation maintenance and organization of a centralized knowledge base for content assets and industry-specific information.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance the efficiency of organizing storing and retrieving content ensuring the knowledge base is always current and easy to navigate.
- Foster an internal culture of knowledge-sharing by organizing regular team check-ins and updates on industry trends and regulation
Requirements
Must-haves
Were looking for someone who genuinely loves writing. Someone who can craft clear engaging copy from scratch (even without ChatGPT ) and translate complex ideas into human language. You dont need to be a hydrogen expert but you should be comfortable taking raw input from the team and turning it into sharp credible content.
You may be a fit if you bring:
- Previous experiences in content or social media through an internship or entry level job
- A background in communications journalism or PR
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English (German or French a plus).
- Curiosity for energy sustainability regulation or climate tech.
- A proactive organized and collaborative way of working.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Notion Google Workspace or similar tools.
Nice-to-haves
- Interest in visual content or light design skills (e.g. Canva Figma basics).
- Experience in RegTech compliance.
- Exposure to biomethane hydrogen or renewable fuels markets.
- Experience in a startup environment.
