Location: Remote (Local candidates to DC Metro)
Visa: USC / GC ONLY

Job Description

The Department of Health Care Finance (DHCF) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst Curam with extensive healthcare domain expertise. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of SDLC processes requirements gathering Curam software and enterprise-level documentation standards. Local candidates to the DC Metro area are strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications & Experience Mandatory 16 Years Overall Experience Core Business Analysis Expertise

16 years working as a Business Analyst
Strong experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Expertise in requirements gathering analysis and documentation
Proven ability to produce high-quality project deliverables

Tools & Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
5 years hands-on SDLC experience
4 years professional experience with MS Project and Visio
6 years of professional experience with Curam software V6 or higher

Data Analysis & Curam-Specific Knowledge

Hands-on experience with:
- IBM Knowledge Center Bus Analysis Guide
- Curam Data Dictionary

Communication & Leadership

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization
2 years proven experience driving and facilitating functional design sessions

Education

Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field
Equivalent experience accepted

Project Management

4 years experience with project management methodologies
Must be willing to attend in-person interviews if required

Key for Submission:
3 years of Project Management experience in Change and Release Management
(testing updating integrating hardware/software)
2 years experience in one or more of:
- Microstrategy
- HP Exstream
- Tableau
- Curam
- JIRA
- Salesforce
