Context: JMFE corporate/BU IT is driving an Agile transformation including procurement and facilities/system management initiatives.
Teams handle enhancements tech reviews support and documentation.
Team Structure: 4 BAs across Visla and Dans teams; 2 are system analyst focused 1 dedicated to procurement leaving just one BA left which is bringing the need to hire another
Role Requirements:
Senior BA with lead experience or strong lead potential.
Solid Waterfall background adaptable to Agile.
Strong data analysis skills; ability to profile data.
Tech Environment: Microsoft-centric. Tools: NetSuite/Oracle SAP modules Concur facilities/building automation systems.
Reporting: Power BI and SQL (no Tableau).
Responsibilities: Lead one core project. Handle technology reviews/enhancements. Support procurement transformation and facilities initiatives.
