Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and other business documents.
Advise clients on corporate governance compliance and day-to-day business operations.
Conduct due diligence and support transactions such as mergers acquisitions and financings.
Work closely with clients and senior attorneys to deliver practical and Contribute to litigation support as needed including research and drafting.

What Were Looking For:

J.D. from an accredited law school and active member of the Florida Bar.
3 5 years of experience in transactional or corporate law; some litigation exposure a plus.
Strong drafting and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Client-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
