Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
Assist clients with policy inquiries coverage updates and renewals
Review and analyze policies to ensure comprehensive coverage
Work closely with underwriters carriers and clients to tailor insurance solutions
Provide excellent customer service and handle claims inquiries when needed
Support clients with EPIC software (experience preferred)
