- Create case studies and success stories showcasing business benefits.

- Serve as Solution Architect and Lead for Cognitive Business Command Centre.

- Plan transformation roadmaps for business monitoring environments.

- Architect and implement IT services monitoring across various industries (Utilities Manufacturing Retail Consumer Banking).

- Design observability solutions using appropriate tools.

- Deliver regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. CCAR FDSF Risk Reporting).
