Job Summary

POSITION Retail Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for driving market share growth and retention for the Plasterboards
business in Nanded and its surrounding district. The role also includes implementing
promotional activities and loyalty programs to enhance customer engagement expanding the

dealer network in new territories and ensuring statutory compliance to support seamless day-to-
day operations.

Role & responsibilities
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets; dealer-wise tracking.
Execute trade promotions and loyalty campaigns.
Expand market through dealer/sub-dealer appointments.
Engage with applicators contractors and influencers like architects & fabricators.
Maintain uniform pricing and drive territory growth.
Coordinate with project sales teams to support channel distribution.
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
Educational qualification Any Graduate
Minimum years of experience 2-4 years of experience in Building Materials / Construction
