- Perform monthly billing and invoicing activities including the preparation and submission of estimates invoices and payment schedules to clients.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Collect and organize inputs from stakeholders on billable and non-billable resources to support accurate financial tracking and reporting.
- Prepare quarterly and annual revenue projections and generate forecasts to assist in revenue analysis.
- Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and manage approvals in alignment with project requirements.
- Create and deliver comprehensive financial reports for business reviews to Senior Management Clients and Stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements including the collation of necessary artifacts.
- Support process improvements and provide strategic insights into billing operations.
Required Skills and Experience: - Experience: 7 years in a PMO or billing-focused role preferably within IT or a service-based organization.
- Financial Acumen: Proven ability in managing billing and invoicing processes with a strong understanding of financial reporting.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis experience with Power BI for data visualization and strong report generation abilities.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to managing billing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial documents.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
- Certifications (Preferred): Six Sigma Green Belt Power BI Certification.
