Job Summary
Minimum 2 years experience in Non-IT or BFSI recruitment.
Experience hiring for fintech/banking/KYC/compliance/support roles.
Strong understanding of RBI guidelines (basic) KYC norms lending process customer support etc.
Excellent sourcing screening and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
