Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Report Developer to join our team in Malvern PA. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities expertise in data visualization and reporting tools and a solid understanding of business operations. You will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI Tableau or SSRS.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized data solutions.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting platforms.
Perform data extraction transformation and loading (ETL) from various data sources.
Document report designs data models and processes for future reference and scalability.
Present insights and recommendations to business and technical teams to support strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree preferred (Computer Science Information Systems Data Analytics or related field)
2 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis BI Reporting or Report Development
Strong subject matter expertise in data analytics and business intelligence
Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Power BI Tableau SSRS Looker etc.)
Proficient in SQL Excel and data manipulation techniques
Working knowledge of business operations and ability to translate data into business insights
Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)
Experience with ETL tools (Informatica Alteryx Talend)
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud
Experience with scripting languages (Python R) for data analysis
Familiarity with data warehousing and relational databases
