Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled CRM Administrator/Project Coordinator with Oracle Service Cloud experience to manage and enhance our CRM system while coordinating various projects. This dual role involves ensuring efficient planning and execution of CRM development and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain CRM settings user profiles and workflows.
- Collaborate with teams to identify operational improvements and system customizations.
- Manage data integrity and provide troubleshooting support for applications and systems.
- Coordinate project timelines deliverables and maintain project documentation.
- Develop and maintain Intelligent Advisor interviews within Oracle Service Cloud.
Required Technical Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in CRM administration (Oracle Service Cloud Salesforce or similar).
- 1-2 years of project coordination or management experience.
- Proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with project management software (Jira Trello Confluence Asana).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
