Manage the recruitment cycle of new employees
Facilitate on-boarding process of new employees ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Administration of contracts & relevant documentation for employees
Process Terminations and Internal Transfers
Act as point of contact for employee queries and concerns
Employee electronic file maintenance
Maintain accurate Employee staff list
Administration of IODs
Order and distribution of employee uniforms
Advise managers of required performance review intervals for all employees
Keep record of all reviews conducted & outstanding
Issue satisfaction survey to employees electronically and maintain record of feedback
Compile monthly HR report
Ensure that an accurate and updated list of relief pool employees is kept
Record keeping of all disciplinary actions implemented
Compiling of absenteeism report
Taking of Minutes at meetings when required
Updating of Organograms
Assist HR Manager with projects programs event planning research and resource allocation
Back-up for payroll when required
Assist payroll with any required documentation and confirmations
Arranging external training interventions tracking of mandatory training documentation for training interventions
Managing electronic communication with Employees through various platforms
Facilitate the YES Program and Learnerships
Grade 12
HR qualification preferred
Minimum of 2-5 years of HR experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR & payroll software.
Valid drivers license and own transport
