Job Summary
Our very well established client is seeking a hands-on experienced Branch Manager to oversee daily operations and drive technical sales for their branch in Pinetown.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage staff
- Oversee stock levels and stock accuracy
- Ensure excellent customer service standards
- Schedule daily tasks for the driver and technician
- Handle day-to-day operational issues
- Focus on technical sales and business growth
Requirements
- 510 years experience in sales and management
- Previous experience running a branch is strongly preferred
- Technical sales experience and/or relevant technical qualifications
- Experience in the plastics industry will be an advantage
- Must reside in or near Pinetown
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle
- Well-spoken with strong communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
