Job Summary
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT product owner developers and stakeholders) to gather analyze and document business requirements.
- Support the development of process flow diagrams user stories and functional specifications for new features or system enhancements.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends problems and improvement opportunities for business processes or digital products.
- Participate in workshops requirement clarification sessions and solution discussions with stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and tested.
- Help maintain project documentation and track requirement changes throughout the lifecycle.
- Stay updated on business analysis practices tools and industry trends to contribute fresh insights.
Qualifications :
- Undergraduate student in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science or related fields.
- Able to work full-time for 6 months amd provide recommendation from your university
- Basic understanding of business analysis concepts (requirements gathering process mapping user stories).
- Familiar with tools such as Excel PowerPoint; knowledge of Jira Confluence or modeling tools (e.g. BPMN) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
