This position is fully on-site applicants must live in or near Charlotte NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with questions service needs and general inquiries.
Provide accurate information and ensure a positive experience for each client.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve concerns and service requests.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
Support administrative tasks such as scheduling documentation and data entry.
Communicate professionally with clients via phone email and in person.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive professional attitude.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Problem-solving abilities and willingness to take initiative.
Must reside locally and be available to work on-site in Charlotte NC.
