Job Summary
Job Description – Relationship Manager (RM) Housing Loan & LAP
Location: Surat
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Sourcing Channel: DSA
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Relationship Manager with strong expertise in DSA sourcing for Housing Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the BFSI sector and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Source Housing Loan and LAP business through DSAs connectors and channel partners.
Build manage and strengthen relationships with DSAs to ensure continuous business inflow.
Conduct regular market visits to identify and onboard new DSAs.
Evaluate customer profiles and coordinate with credit teams for timely approvals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies documentation standards and KYC norms.
Provide excellent customer service and handle post-sanction coordination.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HL/LAP sourcing through DSAs.
Strong understanding of mortgage products local market and competitor offerings.
Good communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Graduation is mandatory; MBA preferred (not compulsory).
