The opportunity:

Looking for candidate with Substation Automation system (SAS) to support Service Level agreement task remotely. Knowledgeable preferably in Hitachi Micro SCADA background and inclusive knowledge in communication protocols.

How youll make an impact:

• Assist the Service Delivery Manager/ Service Project Manager in monitoring Service Level Agreements to ensure deliverables are met.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Substation Automation Systems and IEC 61850 .

• Collaborate with clients to resolve any issues and guarantee their satisfaction with our services.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to SLAs and support processes.

• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and procedures.

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support to customers.

• Proactively report challenges and areas of improvement to the Service Delivery Manager/ Service Project Manager .

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background:

• B.E/ - Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation & Control / Electrical.

• Minimum 2-7 years experience in Substation automation system.

• Substation automation protocols and communication systems.

• Knowledge on Hitachi Energy (ABB) Substation Automation & Engineering softwares such as IET Microscada PCM RTU etc.

• Knowledge on other manufacturer substation Automation softwares.

• Knowledge on communication protocol IEC 61850 IEC 60870 5-LON SPA DPN3 Modbus etc

• Knowledge on SCADA testing and validation - Knowledge on various Protocol simulators.

• Knowledge on SCIL VB Scripts PLC and Structured text.
