The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and practical experience in technical service roles. Your ability to effectively manage service reports provide essential sales support and ensure exceptional customer site experiences will be critical to your success.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (.) degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical service or similar role.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and comprehensive service reports.
- Experience in providing sales support liaising with sales teams and customers.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and resolving issues at customer sites.
