Job Summary

Alamogordo Animal Hospital is looking for a personable and skilled Client Service

Representative (CSR) to join our team! As the primary point of contact at our clinic you

will play a crucial role in ensuring every client interactionwhether over the phone or in

personresults in a positive and memorable impression. Your ability to create a

welcoming environment and deliver exceptional service will be key to our success.

Salary: Starting at $15 / hour and up depending on experience education licensure and

certifications.

Schedule: Part Time up to 30 hours a week. Some half days and some full 10-hour days schedule with minimum of 2 days off in a row. Must be willing to work alternating weekends.

Who Were Looking For:

If you have a professional friendly personality and love to help people and their pets you

will fit right in with our Client Service Team!

High School Diploma or equivalent required

1 years of customer service experience in a veterinary dental or medical

clinical setting required

1 years using a Point-of Sale (POS) system preferred

Experience processing financial transactions payment plans billing and

insurance preferred

Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology and procedures preferred

Technologically proficient and comfortable with veterinary or medical record

keeping software and other digital communication tools

Professional and friendly phone etiquette

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Very detail-oriented

Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced client-facing

environment

Ensure a clean safe and organized work environment
