Job Summary
You will act as the primary virtual contact for clients seeking guidance and tailored support. This includes conducting virtual sessions reviewing client questions and presenting clear actionable solutions. Your job is to anticipate client concerns build long-term rapport and deliver a consistent polished client experience.
This role requires balancing multiple client accounts tracking communication history and delivering proactive follow-up to ensure clarity and satisfaction. Youll also manage digital workflows ensuring accuracy and organization across every stage of the client journey.
