Contract Administrator
About our client:
Our client is a leader in professional services and consulting providing a wide range of services including strategy consulting technology and systems integration and operations to a range of clients across Government Financial Services Utilities and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse COUPA data to determine requisition and invoice status.
- Take ownership of requisitions and raise JIRA tickets as required.
- Ensure correct financial treatment are applied to payments
- Liaise with current Requisition owner to explain the transfer of payments to TACM.
- Prepare approval emails and storybooks to facilitate invoice payments.
- Ensure timely processing of invoices to avoid delays and penalties.
- Troubleshoot missing invoices/ payments or errors with Accounts Payable
- Follow up on unpaid invoices
- Ensure vendors are set up correctly in Coupa for P2P
Required Experience:
- Experienced in the creation of purchase orders and requisitions
- Detailed experience with a P2P application mandatory. Coupa application experience preferred but not essential
- Familiar with technology contracts and orders
- Understanding of the financial processes such as invoice payment and reconciliation
- Strong data analysis skills/ attention to detail
Whats on offer
This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with likely extension on a long-term project.
Available Locations - Sydney/Melbourne - this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
