You will partner dynamically with offshore systems architects to create a unified delivery force ensuring that the vision you set onshore is executed flawlessly by the wider team. Qualifications :
Deep Technical Experience: Experience in a similar role as a Tech Lead or Architect in system-level technical design and integration with a specific focus on complex enterprise environments.
Hybrid Cloud Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Hybrid Cloud architectures (SaaS Azure On-Premises) including network infrastructure integration patterns (APIs/Microservices) and legacy modernisation.
RFx & Commercial Documentation: Proven ability to produce bid-ready technical documentation including RFx responses technical schedules and solution specifications for tenders.
Artefact Excellence: Expert proficiency in creating and owning the lifecycle of critical design artefacts specifically High-Level Designs (HLD) Low-Level Designs (LLD) and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
Security by Design: Strong practical application of cybersecurity standards (e.g. ACSC Essential Eight NIST ISO 27001) to ensure all designs are secure and compliant.
Onshore/Offshore Collaboration: Demonstrated success acting as the onshore technical lead working hand-in-hand with offshore teams to drive development QA deliverables and maintain design integrity.
Consulting & Leadership: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage C-level stakeholders lead technical decision-making in multi-vendor environments and mentor technical teams.
