Summary:
Seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on a contract basis. The role includes implementing and monitoring patient care plans coordinating care across disciplines and ensuring proper execution of physician and nursing orders.
Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor patient care plans.

Monitor record and communicate patient conditions accurately.

Serve as a primary coordinator for all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Carry out physician and nursing orders promptly and accurately.

Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical/Surgical RN.

Med/Surg experience is required.

Ability to work onsite for 12-hour night shifts 3 days per week.

Strong clinical communication and patient care skills.
