Role Summary
We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our BI Customer Support team. The role focuses on supporting business users managing BI platform access maintaining Tableau dashboards and contributing to data modeling within a modern cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for BI user support resolving day-to-day queries and issues.
- Manage and process access requests forRedshiftTableau and other BI systems.
- Develop update and optimizeTableau dashboardsfor business stakeholders.
- Work within theMedallion architecture helping define and refine Gold layer outputs.
- Perform routine analytical tasks usingSQLandPython.
- Communicate insights issues and solutions clearly to technical and non-technical users.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency inTableau(minimum target: 8/10).
- Solid hands-on experience withSQL; ability to work with large datasets.
- Working knowledge ofPythonfor data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments such asRedshiftDatabricks or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-support skills.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting BI platforms or analytics workflows at scale.
- Exposure to modern data engineering practices and cloud data ecosystems.
