The Manufacturing Technology Center Manager will lead innovative initiatives drive operational improvements and foster a collaborative environment where your voice is heard and your ideas matter. In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead and manage the Manufacturing Technology Center ensuring alignment with Emersons strategic goals.
- Drive innovation and implement new technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges.
- Mentor and develop team members promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee project execution ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a safer smarter workplace.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering Manufacturing or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years in developing and deploying manufacturing equipment with experience in leading teams process development and project management.
- Demonstrated experience designing discrete manufacturing equipment from concept to implementation managing resources timelines and budgets.
- Proven leadership experience in interdisciplinary manufacturing technologies or similar roles.
- Proven ability to guide the adoption and integration of new manufacturing technologies tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
- Experience working with global teams
- Ability to travel internationally as required
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Professional Engineer License
- Experience with sustainability initiatives in manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $108000 - $143800 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
