Job Highlights:

  • Schedule: Must be available for any of the following schedules (Sydney Time):
Rep 1: (Opener): 7:30 AM 2:00 PM Sydney Tuesday to Sunday Monday Off
Rep 2: (Closer): 2:00 PM 8:30 PM Sydney Wednesday to Monday Tuesday Off
Rep 3: (Midshift): 11:00 AM 5:30 PM Sydney Thursday to Tuesday Wednesday Off

Overview

Our client is seeking friendly resourceful Customer Service Representatives to provide fast helpful support by phone email and chat. Youll assist customers with queries cancelation and rescheduling while helping maintain high service standards.


Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls emails and chats with professionalism and empathy
  • Assist with cancelation rescheduling and appointment queries
  • Access and update records in Zenoti (booking system)
  • Escalate complex issues or manual bookings to a team leader
  • Provide information about treatments policies and services
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance service quality
  • Stay up-to-date through regular product and policy training

Requirements

  • 12 years of customer service or call center experience (voice support required)
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
  • Has experience with Zendesk
  • Familiar with Freshdesk HubSpot Service or similar platforms
  • Experience with or willingness to learn Zenoti
  • Reliable internet noise-cancelling headset distraction-free workspace
  • Positive attitude and passion for great customer service
