Job Summary

This is a remote position.

At Onibex we are seeking a high-performing and strategic Sales Representative to join our commercial team. This role is designed for an experienced sales professional who will be responsible for opening and developing new markets across Asia managing the full sales cycle and driving sustainable revenue growth. This position requires strong prospecting capabilities consultative selling skills and a solid understanding of end-to-end sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead market entry and business development initiatives across multiple Asian countries.
Prospect and identify key decision-makers and potential clients within target organizations.
Execute cold outreach strategies through email phone calls LinkedIn and other professional channels.
Schedule coordinate and conduct meetings to present Onibexs solutions and value propositions.
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and contract closure.
Conduct consistent follow-ups to nurture leads and move opportunities through the pipeline.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in alignment with revenue objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate closely with marketing pre-sales and delivery teams to support complex sales processes.
Represent the company professionally in virtual meetings and when required regional business engagements.



Requirements

Minimum 4 years of proven experience in sales roles preferably within technology consulting or B2B services.
Solid understanding of the full sales cycle including prospecting qualification needs analysis proposal development negotiation and closing.
Demonstrated experience in opening new markets and developing business territories.
Advanced English level both spoken and written with strong business communication skills. (Mandatory)
Strong proficiency in prospecting and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo Rocket Reach and CRM platforms.
Excellent negotiation presentation and stakeholder management skills.
High level of autonomy discipline and results orientation.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
Based in the Philippines with availability to work with teams and clients across different time zones.
