Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
01 year of relevant experience in business analysis product support or a related role; internships and academic projects are highly valued.
Proficiency in documentation tools such as Confluence Jira or Trello.
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Basic knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau or Power BI).
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirement gathering techniques.
