Role: Talent Acquisition & HR Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Talent Acquisition & HR Executive to join our Hyderabad office. This is a hybrid role that combines end-to-end recruitment responsibilities with day-to-day HR operations.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on detail-oriented and passionate about delivering a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Role)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for both IT and Non-IT positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective JD drafts.
Source candidates through job portals social platforms referrals and internal databases.
Screen resumes conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage offer rollout negotiation and closing the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and ensure timely reporting.
HR Operations & Office Support
Support and execute employee engagement activities at the Hyderabad office.
Handle onboarding tasks including documentation induction coordination and joining formalities.
Manage asset allocation and tracking for new and existing employees.
Assist in implementing HR policies processes and compliance practices at Hyderabad office
Maintain employee records and support attendance HR queries and day-to-day office HR operations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR service delivery.
Requirements
Required Qualification
35 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to HR operations.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience with employee engagement activities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of HR processes documentation.
Proficiency in G-Suite recruitment tools (Naukri LinkedIN) and HR systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
