About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support HR operations. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Core Responsibility):
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening shortlisting scheduling and final coordination.
- Draft and post job openings on portals social media and other hiring platforms.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR screenings.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and interview alignment.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
- Make sure that all open positions are closed on time.
HR Operations:
- Manage onboarding formalities including documentation and induction.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS reports.
- Support attendance leave management and basic compliance documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and HR communication.
- Provide operational support in day-to-day HR tasks.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under timelines.
- Good understanding of HR documentation and MS Office tools.
- Professional organized and proactive approach.
