Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Lewiston NY.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and create individualized treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility strength balance and functional ability.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques safety and home exercise programs.
Document evaluations progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated high-quality patient care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines professional standards and facility policies.
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license in New York.
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
Ability to manage caseload independently and effectively.
Excellent communication and patient education skills.
