Job Description.

Assess patients physical conditions and functional abilities
Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Perform therapeutic exercises manual therapy and modalities
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises injury prevention and self-care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Ensure compliance with safety infection control and clinical protocols
